Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly payroll closing for Asia

• Coordinate with system vendor and IT department in system enhancement and issues

• Prepare and verify the payroll data and transactions for Hong Kong,Taiwan and Macau

• Partner with other teams to ensure payroll data is processed accurately and timely manner

• Assist in analysis in people costing and accounting ledger posting

• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

• Preparation of payroll calculation & responsible for Hong Kong MPF matters

• Handle Taiwan and Macau tax filing and assist with all enquiries about payroll matters

• Ensure the payroll processes are satisfied with SOX requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Accounting, Human Resources Management or related discipline

• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably from sizeable MNC or accounting firms

• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF, Taiwan & Macau salaries tax will be an advantage

• Hand-on experience of Oracle payroll system will be an advantage

• Strong numerical sense and attention to details

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese and able to meet deadline under tight schedule

• Immediately available is an advantage
