The Position
工作内容：
1. 协助CE-ON战略项目的制定与执行
● 项目管理：协助CE-ON战略项目落地与执行
● 跨部门协同：组织跨部门、跨治疗领域分享会
2. 协助数据分析，为业务决策提供支持
● 已上市产品：收集、整理并分析市场数据、销售数据，洞察业务机会与挑战。
● 晚期管线产品：分析竞争、临床和政策环境，支持回答关键业务问题。协助管理市场调研项目。
3. 协助创新商业模式的调研与探索
● 系统性地调研国内外医疗行业 CE-ON的创新商业模式，AI 数智化应用场景。
4. CE-ON 策略工作坊及大型会议（如年会等）提供支持
● 业务相关洞察调研和分析
● 大型会议资料整理及校对 （如业务的PPT等）
实习时间 ：一周3-5天，3个月以上
