Amazon Marketing Intern, Amazon Global Logistics in Shanghai, China

Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.

Roles & Responsibilities:

For this junior Marketing Assistant role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing assistance and relevant editing tasks while provide support other marketing activities. The detailed responsibilities are:

  • General administrative support to marketing team such as: seller-facing materials production for EDM, flyer, banner, PPT, landing page, etc.

  • Assist with daily Marketing supports of digital marketing platform operations with AI-powered tools.

  • Assist in managing seller communication touchpoints across email, WeChat, and other channels to drive awareness and conversion.

  • Webinar and event support: provide dedicated support to entire webinar and event organization covering pre-event, event day and post-event.

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc. ) and provide actionable insights

  • Support the creation of case studies, success stories, and educational content that highlight AGL's value proposition to cross-border sellers

  • Support various Marketing activities upon requests

Basic Qualifications

  • Are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above

  • Able to commit to a 6-months full-time internship with 45 days per week onsite working

  • Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven success in project management and coordination skills

  • Demonstrated track record in developing and crafting marketing content

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations

  • Passion for e-commerce, cross-border trade, or B2B marketing is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.

  • Analytical skills and ability to work in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. )

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (such as digital platforms, social medias, webinar, etc.) and tools (including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
