Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving the site experience across Nike-owned e-commerce ecosystems. Develops and implements platform strategies, monitors customer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Leads project management efforts and collaborates with global teams to align local execution with global vision. Drives online trading performance and enhances overall digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of site experience for Nike-owned e-commerce platforms.
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
· Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on brand direction, site experience standards, and strategic initiatives.
· Work cross-functionally with internal teams (development, operations, marketing) and external partners (vendors, agencies) to drive e-commerce performance and achieve online sales targets.
· Utilize data and insights to optimize site content, user journey, and conversion funnels.
· Integrate product merchandising strategies to enhance product storytelling, discovery, and sell-through online.
Typical Capabilities
· Scope: Manages mid-to-large scale projects and programs; works within established functional and operational frameworks. Implements and executes strategies that deliver measurable business results across owned digital ecosystems.
· Problem Solving: Solves complex problems using limited or ambiguous information; develops actionable recommendations considering long-term implications. Works with non-routine information and secures buy-in for new ideas or services.
· Leadership: Accountable for meeting short-to-medium term targets that impact the team or department. May mentor junior team members and influence resource or performance decisions.
Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Preferred qualifications:
· E-commerce experience (platform management, online sales operations, or digital site experience).
· Product merchandising experience (online or retail).
· Experience working with global or cross-regional teams.
