Job Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary: - This role will be responsible for leading and managing sales force effectiveness service for Axtria, primarily in China. This includes services like segmentation and targeting, sales force sizing and structure, territory alignment design, territory alignment management, omni-channel call planning, sales incentive compensation, and field sales and activity reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Home Office & Field training sessions 

  • Assist client core team with Axtria platform queries in Chinese

  • Gather information and collaborate with the wider Axtria team for deep-dive support

  • Possess expertise in data, business rules, health checks, and workflows

  • Provide Axtria platform business functionality support

  • Attend meetings to gather new requirements

  • Translate training documents from Chinese to English

  • Client relationship building

  • Identifying consulting opportunities

  • Creating presentations for clients in Chinese

  • Coordinate with client for input data, project management and client expectation management

  • Establish processes and best practices as required

  • Validate the output of the team, as required

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Chinese language expertise – speak, read, write, understand

  • Professional with sales force effectiveness like alignment, call planning, and field reporting will be an added advantage 

  • Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results. 

  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure. 

  • Energetic and ability to contribute to the organization beyond assigned work. 

  • Experience working with firms specializing in product-based services, and services firms.

  • Collaboration and coordination with India team as required on various project aspects for planning and execution

Must have Skills: Expertise in pharma commercial sales performance management/incentive compensation 

Skills that give you an edge: Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, and field reporting will be an added advantage

Qualification:

BE/ B. Tech/ B. Pharma/M. Pharma/M Tech/MBA
