Opportunity Overview
Support to track the invoice from customer and ensure payment
Handle customer complaints and offer solutions
Track and follow up order issue report, and feedback to related person/parties.
Prepare data and information materials according to customer needs (Customs declaration data, spare parts information) to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
As a communication bridge between the Logistics/Parts Order and other functions, ensure accurate and timely information transmission.
Organize and archive department files, reports, contracts, and other documents to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality
Organize and coordinate team meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on meeting resolutions

College Degree, major in Logistics, or Administrative Management is preferred.
Adequate English reading & writing skills
Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle cross-function coordination
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks
