Responsibilities
Report to the Biopharma China Infrastructure and Utility (I&U) Manager, support I&U manager in achieving the annual targets of team.
Being engaged in all activities related to site I&U system including but not limited to PM/CM, supervision of in-house team & outsourcing contractors, supporting overall business objectives as well as GMP & EHS compliance through continuous improvement.
Biopharma China two sites I&U systems' life cycle management and technical service management
As the team leader, the supervisor is responsible for managing the team of I&U technicians, including arranging daily work and assessing work performance. Additionally, the supervisor is also accountable for enhancing team's skills and personal development of team members.
Be an active participant in the compliance of the I&U system, has the responsibility to ensure the I&U system operates in compliance with GB code, relevant regulations, and EHS requirements.
Support GMP related deviation investigation, CAPA implementation, CC management.
Requirements
Self-motivation and strong learning ability
Bachelor or above, majored in electrical or mechnical
At least 8 years relative field work experience in pharmaceutical/ food industry
Familiar with infrastructure and utilities system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience, especially in low-voltage/high-voltage technology and firefighting system.
A true team player and possess team leadership experience
Low /high voltage electrician certificate is a MUST
With practicable knowledge for GB code and good engineering hands-on skill
Good computer skills, workable written and oral English
With primary knowledge on GBS-SAP module
