Job Overview
Gathers financial information, analyzes them, and prepares financial reports that contribute to the plant's strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
OVERVIEW
The position is part of Shanghai Schaffner plant finance team and responsible for plant related controlling tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all operation related controlling issue
Quarterly rolling forecast
Coordinate yearly Auditing from global and local in cost area
Monthly variances analysis (actual vs rolling forecast)
Support customer project of COG simulation and variance analysis
Standard cost proposal and calculation- Yearly basis
Monthly controlling related closing -WO ,etc.
Weekly MFG variance tracking and analysis
TEOA controlling key user
Others tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ University degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field.
▪ 8+ years’ working experience in manufacturing environment costing role.
▪ Be very familiar with knowledge of SAP ,especially CO/MM/PP module.
▪ Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
▪ High level skills in Excel and PPT.
▪ Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under high pressure

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
