Description:
- Located in Shanghai to mainly focus on CMP pad engagements and issue handling for semiconductor customers in China.
Responsibilities:
Product promotion with sales by providing product introduction and demo coordination
Project engagement and management of CMP pad and implementation with customers by providing on-site demo and after sales technical service
Product performance issue resolution, trouble-shooting with customer and internal product quality, application team and production floor
Coordinate with quality team to drive quality improvement to meet customer requirements
Customer intimacy and relationship development and maintenance
Industry and customer intelligence and competitive landscape monitoring and reporting
Flexible working hours and support customers for urgent cases.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and above in engineering or chemistry
More than 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor field and CMP
Fluent language in Mandarin and English
Familiar with office system like Excel, Word and Power point.
Great communicator (verbal and written), good team player, energetic, diligent, and tenacious.
Disciplined and self-motivated.
Prioritization skills to handle multiple and challenging tasks.
Result-oriented with action bias
