Executive Director
Responsibilities:Principal Accountability- Assist team leader to complete the team budget and new business development- Help team leader for the team building & talent development- Supervise and coach sub-team members on their daily work
Key Results Area (KRA)- Leads to achieve sub-team’s yearly budget and new business development plan- Leads to provide distinctive total solutions for key accounts or important clients- Provides guidance and on-job training to junior staff, make sure to carry out Company standards, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. among sub-team members- Play a coach role in sub-team members’ development of their new skills and knowledge
Secondary Responsibilities (if applicable)- Perform other duties or projects as reasonably assigned by team leader from time to time.
Qualification:- 10+ years insurance industry working experience- Bachelor degree or above- Familiar with major P&C products in the market- Familiar with legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations- Proficient in computer skills- Excellent project management , time management skills- Good command of staff coaching and mentoring skills- Good negotiation and problem solving skills- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Fluent in Mandarin- Proficient in English and Chinese
