What you’ll do:
Develop and execute Low-voltage sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets within Southeast region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to expand market share and ensure long-term business success.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide actionable insights, and deliver accurate sales reports to support strategic decisions."
Sales Targets and Strategy Execution:Lead 18 $M sales revenue
Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
Track key customers and projects to drive business growth and increase market share.
Customer & Channel Relationship Management
Develop and maintain customer resources within the region, building long-term partnerships.
Manage distributors and agents, optimize channel strategies, and boost sales performance.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
Collect and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to formulate effective strategies.
Participate in industry events to enhance brand influence and market awareness.
Team Management and Collaboration
Maintain close communication with product, marketing, and pricing teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Support cross-functional collaboration to drive project implementation.
Reporting and Data Management
Submit regular sales reports, including project progress, customer development, and market feedback.
Utilize the company’s CRM system to ensure accuracy of customer information and sales data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years in sales, with at least 5 years in low-voltage sales national management.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage distribution products and solutions.
Excellent market analysis, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Goal& result-oriented, resilient under pressure.
Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with a history of driving sales growth
Have strong entrepreneurship potential, influence, and leadership capability.
Experienced manager of people, with track record of managing large teams and developing sales talent and strong talent pipeline
Strong values and ethical background needed to have credibility operating in sales business.
Strong communication skills.
Adaptable to frequent business trips.
