Job Summary:The EIT EHS Engineer at Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. will support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards, contributing to a safe and sustainable workplace.Job Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct EHS inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.* Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation for EHS-related events.* Participate in EHS training development and delivery for employees at all levels.* Maintain accurate EHS records, data, and documentation, including permits and licenses.* Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes.* Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.* Stay updated on relevant EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.* Support emergency preparedness and response planning and drills.* Assist in the evaluation of new equipment, processes, and chemicals for EHS impacts.Job Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.* 0-2 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.* Basic understanding of EHS regulations and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese.* Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in EHS.* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
