Day to Day Responsibility
Plan and execution for annual EH&S objectives based on plant strategy.
Enhance plant employees’ safety and environmental protection awareness by initiating various events.
Handle critical or urgent environmental, health or safety issues, such as accident disposal and reporting;
Responsible for monthly and yearly internal audit planning, conduct the internal audits and prepare the audit summary report;
Conduct rolling EHS audits on schedule, and conduct process audits according to production status;
Compliant with and respond to government / company different audits, such as record management, data privacy, environment, safety, fire bureau, EPA, CDC, ISO and so on.
Plan improvement, follow up and manage the implementation of the improvement planning.
Enhance EH&S systems continuously based on the most advanced management model.
Develop and deliver various EH&S internal training courses.
Conduct EH&S area check with department managers and follow up the actions closely for further improvement.
Conduct various EH&S technical monitoring, such as wastewater, waste gas, noise, hazardous exposure and drinkable water.
Manage the renewal of operation licenses and some special equipments, such as drainage permit, register of occupational hazard, register of project, as well as register, annual inspection and running license of special equipment.
Responsible & Improve employees’ safety and environmental protection awareness
Collect and analyze the relative laws and regulations applicable to the company, share the necessary information with relative departments, and ensure the compliance with these laws and regulations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor and /or above
Major in environmental, chemical or safety engineering is preferred
Certificate for the certified auditors of EH&S management systems is preferred
At least 5 years experiences in EH&S system management
Required Skills. Competencies, or Certification
Required by Legal or EHS:
Well understand and master the major environmental and safety factors involved in the plant
Expertise in EHS relevant law and regulations
Setup and manage plant EHS objectives
Understand and manage plant ISO system
Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements). Competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors)
Knowledge of EHS relevant law and regulations
Knowledge of EHS Management system
