Short Description
This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner and plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring a smooth and responsive service experience.
Responsibilities often include managing order entry, coordinating delivery timelines, and escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries and order management
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain customer satisfaction through frontline support
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
What We're Looking For
Strong oral and written English capability
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Experience 3-5 years on customer service
ERP & CRM experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Including (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Python)
