The Cigna Group Compliance Analyst (6-month Contract) in Shanghai, China
Support and execute globally initiated compliance projects, including conducting compliance risk assessments, completing compliance questionnaires, preparing quarterly compliance testing and monitoring reports, and tracking the rectification of identified compliance risks.
Maintain and regularly update the company’s internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group standards.
Assist with general corporate governance matters, including organizing and maintaining board and corporate registration documents, and ensuring timely submission of statutory filings to relevant regulatory authorities.
Reviewing commercial agreements, other legal document and complete the regular filing work comply with internal policies.
Provide professional legal and compliance advice on data privacy, contractual rights, dispute prevention, and other operational-related matters to internal teams.
Organize ad-hoc compliance training activities, assist in reviewing global training materials, and promote compliance awareness across the organization.
Serve as the primary coordinator and liaison between global functions and local business partners, ensuring effective communication, consistent implementation of global requirements, and timely escalation of issues.
