Job Summary
As a Commercial Operations Intern at GE Healthcare Limited, you will gain valuable exposure to the commercial functions within a global healthcare technology company, supporting various projects aimed at optimizing sales processes, market analysis, and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies, including pricing, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment on commercial objectives.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within commercial operations.
Conduct research on competitor activities and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Assist with the organization and execution of commercial events and training sessions.
Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the Commercial Operations team.
Job Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical, phara, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of initiative, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Prior internship experience in a commercial or business setting is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry and commercial operations.
