The next exciting addition to this collection is Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai - The Making of Harry Potter, a completely new experience for Harry Potter fans in China. Located in the heart of Shanghai, this indoor attraction will transport visitors into the world of filmmaking, revealing production secrets through interactive experiences, showcasing stunning locations, and displaying beautifully crafted props.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai will be operated in partnership with Jinjiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd, a State-Owned Enterprise, ensuring a world-class experience for all who visit.
Your New Role
As Finance Director, you will lead the financial strategy and operational analytics of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai – The Making of Harry Potter, maximizing IP value, optimizing guest experience monetization, and supporting long-term operations.
Your Role Accountabilities
Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, cost control, and cash management.
Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop financial strategy covering ticketing (e.g. pricing), merchandising, interactive consumption, and premium experience packages.
Act as a key business advisor to support decision‑making, investment analysis, and project evaluation.
Oversee shareholder reporting, delivering clear financial insights, operational performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to board members and global stakeholders.
Integrate and analyze data from ticketing platforms, on-site systems, and CRM tools.
Lead financial modeling including CAPEX, content production costs, and equipment depreciation.
Implement and enhance internal controls and strengthen financial risk management. Ensure full compliance with PRC regulations, tax requirements, and internal corporate policies.
Lead tax planning, filing, and communication with tax authorities in China. Optimize tax structure while maintaining compliance.
Partner closely with Operations, Retail, HR, and Technology teams. Build a high‑performing and collaborative finance culture.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to enhance capability and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
Solid knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, and China tax regulations.
15+ years of finance leadership experience, including multinational company exposure, preferably in:
Culture & tourism, theme parks, attractions
Entertainment/immersive experiences
Large‑scale consumer or hospitality groups
Experience in greenfield project development or operational turnaround is a plus.
Strong in revenue analytics, pricing models, and operational cost control.
Deep understanding of KPI systems in tourism and entertainment (footfall, conversion, yield).
Strong business acumen with sensitivity to guest experience and operational performance.
High integrity and sense of accountability.
Strong execution and agility in fast‑changing environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
Familiar with mainstream domestic/international ERP systems, ticketing systems, and tourism/attractions management systems.
Shanghai Joint Venture Employment:
Please note that this position is employed through Warner Bros. Discovery’s joint venture with Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity is Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co., Ltd. Successful candidates will be hired by the joint venture company and assigned to work with Warner Bros. Discovery as required for this project.

提供财务报告及分析以支持业务决策
负责年度预算、预测和长期财务规划
制定财务战略，包括票务(及定价)、衍生品、互动消费、体验升级包（VIP/多轮次）
作为业务关键顾问，支持商业决策、投资分析和新项目评估.
主导股东报告工作，包括财务叙述撰写、经营绩效分析及战略性业务进展披露，确保董事会及股东获取清晰、准确、及时的信息。
推动线上线下票务系统的数据融合与分析
负责投资建模，包括 CAPEX、内容制作投入、设备折旧
设计并持续优化内部控制流程，提高财务风险管理水平。确保遵守中国本地法律法规、税务要求及公司内部政策。
负责中国税务筹划、税务申报及与税务机关的沟通。优化税务结构, 确保合规基础上的税务效率
与运营、零售、人力资源、信息技术等部门紧密合作。建立高效、透明、协作的团队文化
带领并培养财务团队，提高团队的专业能力与绩效
任职要求
财务、会计、金融或相关专业，本科及以上
拥有 CPA / ACCA / CMA 等资格证书者优先
熟悉中国会计准则、国际会计准则和税务法规
15 年以上财务管理经验，含跨国公司或外企工作经历，优先：
文旅 / 主题乐园 / 景区运营
娱乐体验
大型消费或酒店集团
有从 0-1 项目开发或运营提升项目经验者优先
精通收入结构分析、票价策略模型、场景运营成本管理
熟悉文旅行业的经营数据体系与 KPI（如人流量、产出率、场景转化率）
具备强烈的商业意识，对游客体验与运营效率敏感
高度诚信、责任感强
在高速变化的内容行业中具备强执行力
具备强大的领导力和团队管理能力
出色的跨文化沟通能力和英语能力
熟练掌握 本土/国际主流ERP系统，票务系统 及文旅行业相关数字化系统
