  • Job description highlights:

  • Generate deep patient & customer insights, competitive landscape and formulate respective launch strategy and operational plan in line with global & local guidance

  • Drive market shaping and direct to patient campaign execution excellence and brand building to solidify brand positioning for pre-launch and launch preparation

  • Collaborate with KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV

  • Collaborate with HAMA, Medicine, CE, CS, Comm and marketing peers for brand strategy development, direct to patient engagement and obesity related eco-system build-up

  • Experience & capabilities required:

  • AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience, with more than 2 years GLP1 experience, diabetes / chronic disease / CKD preferred

  • Proven record of pre-launch / launch experience, impactful campaign execution and strong KOL management

  • Good knowhow on customer insight generation, direct to patient engagement & digital / social media engagement

  • Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus

  • Fluent in Mandarine and English
