Eaton Corporation APAC Sales Capability & Enablement Manager in Shanghai, China

What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and governing APAC sales capability programs and Brightlayer enablement initiatives. This role will ensure training and partner enablement strategies are aligned with global frameworks and regional business priorities, enhancing sales competencies, accelerating digital solution adoption, and driving revenue growth.
"Learning Program Design & Delivery
• Develop and execute blended learning solutions (ILT, VILT, eLearning) to strengthen sales competencies and Brightlayer enablement across APAC.
• Plan and manage regional sales training curriculum, covering core selling skills, strategic engagement, and Brightlayer commercial/technical tracks.
• Localize training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning) in English and Chinese to ensure regional relevance and accessibility.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs to scale delivery across subregions and maintain consistency.
• Facilitate recurring Sales Excellence and Brightlayer knowledge-sharing sessions to drive engagement, adoption, and continuous capability uplift.
Partner Programs
• Provide sales playbooks, persona-based talk tracks, and tools to integrate Brightlayer solutions into hardware sales.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs for distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners, ensuring consistent understanding of Eaton value propositions, Brightlayer solutions, and sales motions.
• Collaborate with channel, sales, and product teams to develop partner-facing enablement assets (playbooks, certification paths, onboarding kits) that accelerate partner readiness and joint pipeline growth.
Program Governance & Effectiveness
• Implement assessment tools and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
• Maintain learning paths and certifications in LMS; track completion, adoption, and capability uplift.
• Analyze training data, report insights to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global product, enablement teams, and BU leaders to align messaging, retire legacy offers, and ensure strategic consistency."
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical industry
Skills:
"- Experience in software sales or intelligent product management is highly valued
Strong understanding of the software market, particularly within the APAC region
Proven ability to transform product training into effective sales training
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Experience in facilitation, instructional design, and application of adult learning principles"
