职位概述
支持 CLS(互联生活解决方案)业务单元,该部门专注于家电产品。客户经理将负责管理并拓展这些产品线内的客户关系,助力公司市场扩张战略。该职位提供了在家电领域管理关键客户、推动业务增长的机会。
团队架构
作为 CLS 业务单元内的直销团队,独立于其他业务部门(如 CPU 部门),管理多条产品线的客户关系。团队目标是在巩固现有家电客户的同时,向工业、能源、机器人等相邻市场扩张。
主要职责
侧重获取新客户和开拓新市场(家电领域),与分销商和代理商合作。
工作范围: 管理 HIS 和 LPC 两条主要产品线的客户关系,支持现有客户并开拓新市场。
主要利益相关方: 分销商、代理商以及来自家电领域的客户。
其他信息
工作安排: 不鼓励远程工作,不出访客户时需在办公室。
差旅: 预计 50-75% 的时间用于拜访客户。
What your background should look like:
候选人要求
2-3年大工业行业销售工作经验(工程或快消品除外)
熟悉连接器产品或相关工业组件优先
英语沟通能力(能表达清楚自己的意思)
了解自身的KPI结构和销售目标
愿意长期在上海发展(日常居住在上海)
