The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company 4S OEM Key Account Manager in Shanghai, China

Primary Purpose of the Position

  1. To drive the OEM sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin.

  2. To develop the new business opportunity.

  3. Maintain a good relationship with Key OEM customers (Annual new car sales more than 1M) and dealer group.

  4. Lead and develop a high-performance 4S regional sales team.

  5. Following logistic and pass due.

What You'll Do

•To drive the OEM sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin

1) To initiate the effective annual business plan for responsible OEMs line to ensure AOP target achievement

2) To collect the market information/sales data from OEMs to make our offering competitive against main competitors

3) 4S shop visit to collect the competitor information and study 4S business trends

•To develop new business opportunity.

1) Focus on the development of non-OE business in non-coverage channel, particularly in Korean, Japanese &Local OEMs

2) Explore new business opportunity in KEY OEM customers which new car sales more than 1M

3) Winning national dealer group business to raise penetration in OE 4S stores and gain non-OE partner’s share

•Develop reasonable promotion plans and explore new sales opportunities

1) Based on the company's requirements, develop promotion plans for store sell-out.

2) Leverage OE-PULL and Car Park data to expand new SKU opportunities.

•Lead and develop a high-performance 4S regional sales team

1) Sales operation: process of customer pitch, including KEY stores management; develops the dashboard of regional sales performance and leads the quarterly review of the effectiveness of sales plans; leads the cooperation with OEM customers to help sales team win in KEY stores to increase our value and business share.

2) Coach and support team

3) Manage the business trip plan and control the business cost

•Following logistic and pass due.

1) Keep contact with logistic team to make sure the tire is delivered in time.

2) Keep the contact with Finance team to make sure the pass due is well done.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor degree in related business Required, Specific background of auto industry Desired.

What you will bring

8+ year working experiences, at least 6 years’ sales experience,5 years people management.

Having the experience of related OEM customer development and retention will be preferred

Tire sales experience will be preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Have the ability and experience to build a new business models

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong ability to motivate team to hit challenging goal

Profound key account management skill

Vehicle and tire technique knowledge;

Channel sales promotion knowledge and channel promotion tools/ways; Proficient in using Office software

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
