Position Overview
The Beverage Specialist (Master Beverage Crafter) is a certified crew member who specializes in the preparation of McDonald’s beverages according to company standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality drinks with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient beverage station.
In addition to beverage responsibilities, Beverage Specialists are fully trained Crew Members and are expected to support all areas of the restaurant as needed.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, following all company standards
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized beverage station
Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest
Connect with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience
Assist guests with ordering their favorite McDonald’s meals
Prepare McDonald’s World Famous Food
Work collaboratively with Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and looking phenomenal
Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
Receive cross-training in other areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, to support overall store needs
