Position Overview:
This Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to functional client group leaders, aligning our people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The client groups this role will support are Professional Services, Customer Success, and Service Delivery. This role will be based in the United States.
The Sr. HRBP partners closely with functional leadership to translate business strategy into actionable plans across workforce planning, talent management, performance, culture, and change. This role balances enterprise standards and consistency with function‑specific insights, ensuring HR programs are effectively deployed while meeting the unique needs of the function.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into actionable HR initiatives.
Use workforce analytics and market data to drive talent decisions that align with organizational goals.
Influence and coach executive leaders on people-related strategy, including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Lead change management initiatives by assessing organizational readiness, managing communication plans, and ensuring employee engagement during transformations.
Identify and implement strategies to improve team dynamics, organizational effectiveness, and performance.
Drive succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development initiatives including team facilitation across the business unit.
Champion culture and employee engagement using data to develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role supporting senior leaders.
Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort working with data to inform decisions.
Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $105,611-$154,897 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
