Aerotek Production Assembler 2nd Shift in Shakopee, Minnesota
Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associates (Union with great benefits)
Hourly Pay to start: $23.00/hour
720 hours: $23.47/hr
1440 hours: $23.95/hr
8320 hours: $27.50/hr
Shifts Available: 2nd shift 2:30PM-1:00AM Mon-Thurs + Optional OT!
Key Responsibilities
Assemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders, blueprints, and written instructions
Measure, cut, and assemble metal and component parts using hand tools and measuring devices
Accurately read tape measures daily to ensure parts meet exact specifications
Use power drills and hand tools to fasten metal brackets and components with screws
Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality and accuracy
Maintain consistent production output and meet standard time expectations
Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines
Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standards
Communicate any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to read and understand tape measures accurately (required)
Basic experience using hand tools and power tools such as drills
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment
Manufacturing and assembly floor setting
Exposure to machinery, tools, and moving parts
Loud environment depending on what department you are working in!
PPE required as designated (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

The pay range for this position is $47860.00 - $47860.00/yr.
