We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume production facility in Shakopee, MN. This is a great Temp-to-Hire opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $34.00 / hour
Duties:
Perform maintenance and repairs safely and per work orders.
Read manuals, diagnose issues, replace parts, and test adjustments.
Identify equipment issues and report concerns to Maintenance Manager.
Order/schedule parts using Microsoft Office tools.
Follow GMPs and all safety procedures.
Complete additional duties as needed.

Position Requirements:
2-year trades degree (completed or in progress) or 4+ years of plant maintenance experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English, bilingual a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Skilled in welding, fabrication, 3-phase electrical, motor controls, and AC/DC drive troubleshooting.
Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
