Metropolitan Community Services (MCS) Direct Support Professional (DSP) - IHS with Family Training in Shakopee, Minnesota
Job Duties
Availability: Sundays, 5 hrs/week, no nights or overnights
Tasks: Transporting and accompany a minor in the community for recreation and leisure and social interaction; role-modeling appropriate behaviors in the community; skill development based on individual's formal outcome plan
Preference: Paraprofessionals encouraged to apply
Competency: Applicants must be able to pass background checks, and complete training
Minimum Education Required
GED or HS Diploma
Minimum Experience Required
1 year experience working with minors with special needs
