Assembler II – Mechanical & Electrical Assembly
Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd shift.

Job Summary
The Assembler II – Mechanical & Electrical Assembly role performs repetitive bench and/or line assembly operations to build customized mechanical and electrical products according to customer specifications. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and consistent quality while using hand tools, power tools, microscopes, and test equipment.
Assemblers may work on mechanical components, electrical assemblies, circuit boards, or a combination of both depending on production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bench and line assembly of mechanical and electrical products
Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions
Perform through‑hole soldering on electrical circuit boards (as applicable)
Apply conformal coating to protect electronic assemblies when required
Prepare assemblies for testing and quality inspection
Test finished products using established procedures and document results
Work under a microscope for detailed electronic assembly and inspection
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
1+ year of soldering experience preferred for electrical assembly candidates
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English
Comfortable performing repetitive, detail‑oriented work
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, for documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
High school diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
