Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Digital Solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring all projects are tracked, managed, and implemented within budget and to required specifications. This role works directly with customer business units and internal Iron Mountain teams to implement business process management solutions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of complex, multi-service-line, enterprise-level technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers. You will define delivery methodologies and integrated project plans to ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate and drive consensus across internal matrixed teams including technical specialists and business Subject Matter Experts to align on scope, deliverables, and resource allocation for multiple client engagements. You will serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating steering-level meetings and executive briefings to ensure transparency and effective decision-making.
Manage financial performance and governance by tracking project health against planned business cases and basic Profit and Loss concepts. You will maintain organizational standards for workload management while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and product enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years in enterprise project execution within a matrixed environment, specifically focused on delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that include complex system integrations.
A mandatory Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Advanced software and technology proficiency, specifically with Cloud-based technologies, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace to drive project efficiency.
Proven external client-facing expertise with the ability to navigate formal and informal organizational channels, negotiate effectively, and manage highly visible initiatives for large customer groups.
