About the Role

In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures.

  • Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more.

  • Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

  • Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines.

  • Track and storedepartment inventory.

  • Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.

  • Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.

What You’ll Need

‒ Applicants must be currently authorized to work inUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

‒ Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in a technical field(Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) required.

‒ 4+ years demonstrated ability leading and coachingemployee performance in a manufacturing environment

‒ 4+ years of compatible experience and/or training.

‒ 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictivemaintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment.

‒ Excellent communication, presentation, problem solvingand analytical skills.

‒ Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, aswell as financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting

‒ Proficient Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook,Word, Excel, etc.)

‒ Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints,and/or schematics.

‒ Understanding predictive maintenance technologies suchas (thermography, vibration analysis, and air borne ultra-sound).

‒ Proven knowledge of using maintenance systems to achieveworld class equipment maintenance.

‒ Ability to travel off-site as needed.

‒ Physical requirements including stooping, standing,walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of50 lbs. or more.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Tech position is $68,764.80 annually [or $33.06 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Tech position is $76,398.40 annually [or $36.73 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
