The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Chainsaw Operator :
Operate Chainsaw Equipment Safely : Cut trees, limbs, and brush according to project requirements while adhering to safety standards and procedures
Inspect and Maintain Equipment : Perform routine checks, sharpening, and basic maintenance to ensure chainsaws and tools are in safe working condition
Assess Work Areas and Hazards : Evaluate tree conditions, terrain, and surrounding structures to determine safe cutting techniques and prevent accidents
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Experience with Chainsaw Operation : Prior hands-on experience in forestry, landscaping, or similar field using chainsaws and cutting equipment
Knowledge of Safety Procedures : Understanding of occupational safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Physical Fitness and Stamina : Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions
