Stryker Technical Service Coordinator in Seoul, South Korea

Position summary:
The Technical Service Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Technical Service team in Korea by managing service requests, coordinating spare part management and loaner management, handling documentation, and facilitating communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
A. Service Operations Support
Register and manage service requests (calls) in CRM/ERP systems
Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance requests
Verify warranty and service contract status and update systems accordingly
B. Parts & Logistics Administration
Handle spare parts ordering, receiving, and inventory management
Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) and communicate with regional/global teams
Monitor monthly parts expenses and prepare cost summaries
Collaborate with LogOps and vendors to track logistics and shipment progress
C. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain service-related documentation in accordance with ISO and internal quality standards
Archive maintenance and inspection records for regulatory and audit readiness
Prepare periodic service KPI reports (e.g., TAT, FSR completion, call volume)
Support internal and external audit preparation
D. Customer & Internal Communication
Handle customer inquiries related to service status, Spare part readiness, and loaners.
Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
Manage customer complaints, track progress, and support escalation when necessary
Qualifications & experience:
Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or operations is preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Basic English communication skills (email, documentation)
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data management skills
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce (Field Service modules)
Strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
