Job Summary
Leverage Roche compliance culture and mindset
Implement group directives and guidelines in line with local laws and regulations
Lead and manage non-compliance issues and internal investigation with legal assessment
Manage regular compliance monitoring program
Enable business strategy through solution-oriented collaboration
Main tasks
- Leverage Roche compliance culture and mindset
Foster the compliance culture and mindset and right behavior including various business partner for business sustainability
Lead and execute compliance campaigns and feedback sessions to advocate a strong culture of integrity and ethical mindset
Develop and advance compliance training program to role model compliance behaviors
- Implement group directives and guidelines with One Roche approach
Implement global code and processes locally based on newly developed policies or guidelines. (e.g. Roche Code of Conduct, Roche Behavior in Business, Conflict of Interest, Speak-up etc.)
Ensure the information compliance in accordance with group directive and local regulations. (e.g. Confidentiality level, No recording, Retention schedule etc.)
Support to manage external investigation as necessary (e.g. mock dawn raid)
- Lead and manage non-compliance issues and internal investigation with legal assessment
Develop the internal guidelines and procedures of non-compliance handling and internal investigation
Establish and implement the mitigation action plans and corrective measure related to non-compliance and internal investigation
Manage group reporting system and relevant documentation of non-compliance issues and internal investigation (e.g. BEIMS)
- Manage regular compliance monitoring program
Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring program
Conduct regular compliance monitoring and report to leadership team on a regular basis
- Ensure business strategy through solution-oriented collaboration
Provide compliance training and strategic advice and manage training log
Collaborate with group/regional and other key stakeholders
Job responsibilities
Drive the comprehensive compliance program to leverage the compliance culture and mindset
Implement newly released group directives and guidelines in a timely manner
Conduct internal investigation and regular compliance monitoring and implement any corrective measures.
Establish internal controls and processes to manage external investigation with legal assessment.
Ensure adequate record maintenance and processes in place in accordance with group and local requirement
Communicate effectively related to non-compliance issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct accurate and timely reporting in accordance with global and local regulation.
Provide compliance training and solution-oriented advice as of business enablers.
Who you are
Major in Law
Lawyer or professional certificate is preferred. (i.e. CIA)
10 years working experience in the healthcare industry or multinational company
Internal/external audit or investigation
Interaction with the global or regional project team and external lawyer.
Review and consultation in case of non-compliance matters with legal assessment
Ability interacts with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Strong Communication skills
Fluent on both of Korean and English
