Job Description
To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of MSS (Markets & Security Services) Operations coverage in Korea.
To collaborate with Market Treasury to maintain overall bank cash liquidity management.
To perform regulatory reporting around various MSS products including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income etc.
To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed.
To handle queries from internal and external clients.
To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Good understanding of overall banking / operation procedure
Preferable in Knowledge of MSS products
Preferable in MS Excel and AI tools
Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English/Korean
Strong team player
Client Service oriented attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with various departments and overseas offices
