Job Description
[Field Action–Focused Responsibilities]
Serve as a dedicated specialist for scheduled Field Actions (inspection, software updates, etc.).
Visit customer sites nationwide to verify equipment conditions and execute Field Actions based on approved procedures.
Prepare and submit Field Action reports, documentation, and activity logs in internal systems.
Identify issues encountered during Field Action processes and escalate promptly to internal technical support.
Coordinate schedules and collaborate with dealer/partner engineers to ensure smooth Field Action execution.
[General Service Support]
Support basic maintenance and inspection of medical devices (Arctic Sun product line).
Assist in equipment installations and customer training sessions.
Participate in preliminary troubleshooting activities to support root-cause identification.
Comply with QMS, service standards, and internal operational procedures.
Support customer communication and contribute to service satisfaction.
