The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will drive distributor growth, expand market presence, and enable customers to adopt high‑value, energy‑efficient solutions
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead distributor performance to achieve revenue and growth targets
Develop new business opportunities and expand project pipeline
Provide technical guidance and product training to partners
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams
Support product transitions and drive adoption of next‑generation solutions
What We're Looking For
5+ years in B2B technical sales (HVAC/R or industrial preferred)
Experience managing distributors/channels
Strong technical communication and customer engagement
English communication for global collaboration
