Nike Senior, NSW/ACG Retail Brand Experience in Seoul, South Korea

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Retail Brand/Experience Senior Manager in Korea and partners closely with cross-functional teams including visual merchandising, business and brand/digital marketing. You’ll also collaborate with Nike’s Global office and manage external agencies for retail design, experience and communication.

We are looking for a Senior, NSW (Nike Sportswear)/ACG(All Conditions Gear) Retail Brand/Experience Korea, a creative, consumer-obsessed retail brand marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a sharp understanding of in-store shopping behaviors and a passion for crafting compelling product stories that drive demand and elevate the consumer experience. You know how to navigate a cross-functional matrix with confidence and clarity. You’re energized by the challenge of building holistic retail strategies that connect with consumers and deliver impact in the marketplace.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand and retail

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

  • Mandatory experience in retail or space related marketing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Korean

  • Ability for strategy planning and business presentation in English

  • Interest and knowledge in Nike Sportwear, street wear, trail running, hiking field

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead the charge in shaping Nike’s retail brand presence in Korea. From seasonal store plans to immersive consumer journeys, you’ll bring Nike’s product stories to life across our direct retail channels. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver experiences that inspire and connect.

  • Define and adapt Nike NSW and ACG’s seasonal strategy via product presentation consumer experience by partnering with Nike Global and GEO

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for Nike direct stores, including design, storytelling, and consumer engagement

  • Develop guideline and support for partner stores’ best execution

  • Launch brand campaigns tailored to retail environment and local consumers

  • Manage external vendors, execution maintenance and budget operation

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and co-work with various internal and external parties
