Amazon Senior Global Partner Manager, Korea, Amazon Ads in Seoul, South Korea

Description

Join Amazon Ads to partner with Korea's leading brands and help them reach customers globally through innovative advertising solutions. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, building customized advertising strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across Amazon's owned properties, premium publisher networks, and millions of Fire TV and mobile devices.

As an Account Executive for Amazon Ads, you'll work with Korea-based advertisers across various industries to unlock growth through our search, display, and video advertising tools. Your day might include presenting strategic media solutions to C-level executives, collaborating with our global advertising teams to optimize campaign performance across different regions, or exploring new advertising opportunities that help clients expand their presence on Amazon. You'll dive into campaign analytics to understand what's working, then translate those insights into recommendations that drive real business impact. Throughout it all, you'll coordinate across multiple teams—from account managers to video specialists to cross-border experts—to ensure your clients receive seamless support and access to the full range of Amazon's advertising capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage strategic accounts and drive business growth by supporting Korea-based advertisers with complex advertising needs, exploring new adoption opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

  • Develop and present customized advertising solutions using Amazon's search, display, and video tools, demonstrating how these capabilities can help clients achieve their business objectives

  • Lead display and video sales initiatives to drive quota attainment and year-over-year growth, while executing our Korea-to-Worldwide advertising strategy

  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with account managers, advertising technology specialists, video sales teams, analytics experts, and global advertising teams to deliver seamless support and campaign optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into strategy by reviewing performance data, tracking account progress through our CRM systems, and providing consultative guidance to help advertisers succeed in each market

We're excited about the opportunity to help Korean advertisers tap into Amazon's unique reach and insights, and we're looking for someone who shares that vision and wants to help shape the future of advertising in this region.
