JOB PURPOSE
The Plavix CEM, South Korea is responsible for driving Plavix business operations in Korea, including market performance, cross-functional collaboration, strategic partnerships, and leading marketing within the CV-EP Franchise. The role focuses on strategic planning, optimizing the marketing mix, and maximizing profit.
ORGANIZATION CONTEXT
Solid line reporting to MCO CV Brand lead in CV-EP Franchise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the development of the Country Activation and brand plans for the portfolio into MCO activation and GTM strategies.
Assist with building customer engagement plans aligned to MCO activation plans and GTM strategies.
Utilisation and adaption of global content to ensure personalized customer interactions and maximise the customer strategy.
Assist in mapping the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and working to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and overall experience to deliver brand objectives.
Support the local development, planning and execution of impactful commercial tactics aligned to brand strategies.
As required, assist to adapt content in respect of regulatory frame and in coordination with partner functions.
Leverage data to develop a deep understanding of customer preferences to tailor the experience and impact.
Test hypothesis to gain local insights to help inform MCO and Brand strategy, utilising data and your understanding of local market trends and the competitive landscape.
Foster effective communication across divisions and departments.
Track customer engagement performance KPIs and engagement.
Work in close collaboration with the sales team to optimise the customer journey.
Achieve targets for sales and profit contribution for brand.
Contribute to monthly demand review with GTMC and Supply Chain.
Contribute to all required MCO and global reporting for our brands.

About you
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills :
Understanding of Sales and Marketing operating model, Go to Market (GTM) transformation
Strong experience in developing and executing customer strategy.
Ability to make data-driven decisions based on patient/HCP needs
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine.
Soft skills :
Ability to respond resourcefully to changing business conditions and opportunities proactively looking for ways the team can adapt its plans, tactics and strategies.
Build effective partnerships with key local, MCO and global stakeholders and business support functions.
Proactive understanding of the local market trends and the competitive landscape.

Experience & knowledge
Pharmaceutical industry experience more than 3 years
Experience in marketing department more than 2 year is preferred
High experience to develop and implement business plan is preferred
Digital marketing / Omnichannel engagement.
Worked in teams where there is a high degree of accountability and collaboration across functions and roles.
Fluent in English: Communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams, requiring high proficiency in business English.
