We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagements in the automotive electronics sector . In this role, you will drive business development, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative thermal management and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding (EMI shielding) solutions .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute key account strategies to expand market share in the automotive electronics sector .

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive demand creation.

  • Act as the main contact for key customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine business and marketing strategies.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of sales experience in automotive electronics, electronic components, or a related industry.

  • Proven track record in key account management , business development, or technical sales.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

  • Familiarity with thermal management, EMI shielding, or hardware solutions is a plus.Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering or technical background in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, or Materials related

  • 10+ years’ Sales or Business development experience in electronics or automotive industry

  • Thermal and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) shielding or hardware knowledge
