직무 요약 (Job Summary)

UPS Korea의 물류 운영을 데이터 기반으로 개선하고, 실제 현장에 변화를 만들어내는 핵심 역할입니다. 단순 운영이 아닌 분석 → 개선 → 실행까지 직접 리딩하며, 다양한 부서 및 글로벌 팀과 협업하게 됩니다.

빠르게 변화하는 물류 환경 속에서 운영 효율화, 서비스 품질 향상, 프로세스 혁신을 주도할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.

주요 업무 (Responsibilities)

• Operations & Industrial Engineering

• 물동량 예측 및 최적 운영 계획 수립

• 운영 생산성 분석 및 개선 활동 수행

• 시스템 및 운영 데이터 관리 및 최적화

• Operational Excellence

• 운영 프로세스 개선 및 신규 셋업 리딩

• 서비스 품질 및 성과 관리

• 내부 Audit 및 개선 활동 지원

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• 다양한 내부 조직 및 글로벌 팀과 협업

• Vendor 및 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 및 운영 지원

• 프로젝트 수행 및 필요 시 PM 역할 수행.

• 기타 회사가 지정하는 업무 수행

• 데이터 분석 및 리포트 작성

• 운영 직원 교육 및 SOP 관리

• 시설 및 Vendor 관리 (PO/PV 포함)

자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 학사 학위 이상 보유자 우대

• 물류, 운영 또는 유관 분야 경력 3년 이상 우대

• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대

• Excel 활용 능력 필수, Access 및 Power BI 사용 경험자 우대

근무 조건 (Working Hours / Location)

• 근무시간: 주 5일(월금) 09:00 18:00 ※ 공휴일 제외

• 점심시간: 12:00 13:00

• 근무지: 서울특별시 영등포구 문래로 94-3, UPS Korea

• 업무 특성상 현장 지원 및 근무지 변경 가능
