Nike Director, Digital Marketing Korea in Seoul, South Korea
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing Korea and is a key member of the Korea Marketing Leadership Team. The Director will lead a team of digital experts and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Brand Management, Integrated Media, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, and Communications. They will also work with Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Global Brand Marketing, and Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) teams, as well as external partners like Musinsa and local agencies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related field
10+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in brand marketing and/or retail marketing including cross-functional business acumen
A deep understanding of the Nike consumer, their lifestyle, and their relationship with sport.
Analytical rigor with human insight—leveraging data, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive brand priorities and commercial outcomes
Proven leadership experience managing at least 5 direct reports, with a strong track record of coaching and developing talent
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the digital marketing vision for Nike Korea, translating strategy into action across Nike’s owned and earned platforms—including Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS App, NRC/NTC Apps, @nikeseoul, targeted communications, CXP, and NDDC partner platforms. You’ll drive innovative brand experiences, foster consumer engagement, and grow brand strength and business impact.
Set and execute Korea’s digital marketing strategy aligned with Nike’s global brand vision
Lead a team to activate brand concepts across Nike.com, apps, social channels, and partner platforms
Leverage external partnerships and creator collaborations to amplify brand storytelling
Manage seasonal journeys and Always-On initiatives to drive acquisition and retention
Guide the digital marketing process, including presentations and team inspiration
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure timely, impactful execution
