Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant with expertise in Data Analytics, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define their data and cognitive computing strategy. You will design and develop the business architecture of cognitive solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business functional requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Define Client Requirements: Translate client needs into analytics and technical specifications for implementing cognitive computing solutions, ensuring proper translation of business requirements into solution requirements. • Lead Cognitive Computing Programs: Establish key metrics, lead the process and organizational aspects of the cognitive computing program, and ensure governance. • Develop Use Cases: Create use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with the client, filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into a cognitive system. • Train Cognitive Systems: Train cognitive systems and establish the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems, requiring strong business knowledge and a solid foundation in data analytics. • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to ensure operational scenarios and solution requirements meet their business needs.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Consulting Capability: Ability to proactively identify and address client challenges through structured consulting approaches, leveraging analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver practical and value-driven solutions. •Project Management & Client Communication: Proven experience as a Project Manager in consulting engagements, with the ability to effectively manage client reporting, facilitate clear communication, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Data Analytics Expertise: Experience with data analytics and cognitive computing solutions, including designing and developing business architectures that align with client business functional requirements. • Cognitive Computing Strategy: Experience in defining data and cognitive computing strategies for clients, translating client needs into analytics and technical specifications. • Business Architecture Development: Experience with developing business architectures of cognitive solutions, ensuring alignment with client business functional requirements. • Industry or Domain Knowledge: Experience in a specific industry or domain area, with the ability to develop use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with clients. • Cognitive System Training: Experience with training cognitive systems and establishing the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems, requiring a solid foundation in data analytics.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a specific industry or domain area, with the ability to develop use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with clients, is beneficial. • Advanced Data Analytics: Experience with advanced data analytics concepts, including data visualization and machine learning, can be an asset in this role. • Cognitive System Development: Familiarity with cognitive system development methodologies and tools can be advantageous in designing and developing business architectures for cognitive solutions.
