Job Description Summary

This role is a hands-on AI Solution Builder who will personally design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions for the Korea business organization.

You will not only define AI short-term and long-term strategy, but actually build and run AI solutions—from data preparation and model experimentation to production deployment and user adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who has personally built AI or advanced analytics solutions in real business environments and wants full ownership from idea to impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Roadmap:

• Translate business needs into AI project with clear ROI

• Lead the development and execution of Korea's AI strategy starting from quick wins to long term roadmap

Hands-on AI Solution Development:

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions

• Develop PoCs and prototypes using real business data

• Experiment with models, features, and data pipelines to validate value

• Iterate solutions based on business feedback and performance

• Take full ownership from idea → build → launch → improvement

AI Use Case Design & Execution:

• Translate business problems into concrete AI use cases

• Define data requirements, model approach, and success metrics

• Implement quick‑win use cases while building scalable architecture

• Balance short-term impact with long-term AI roadmap

Data & Analytics Engineering:

• Work directly with structured data (SFDC, SAP, IMS, Excel, etc)

• Prepare datasets, define features, and ensure data quality

• Collaborate with regional IT as needed

Stakeholder Management & Adoption:

• Explain AI outputs to non-technical business users in simple language

• Drive adoption by improving usability, not just presentations

• Train users based on solutions you actually built

Vendor Management:

• Work with external vendors only when internal build is not optimal

• Technically review vendor solutions and challenge black-box approaches

Requirement

Must have:

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions

• Proven experience of implementing at least 2 AI projects end-to-end

• Ability to prototype solutions using real data

• Strong understanding of how models, data, and business logic connect

Technical Capability:

• Experience with analytics / AI tools (e.g., Python, SQL, AutoML, LLM tools, BI platforms)

• Solid understanding of data pipelines and model deployment concepts

• Ability to evaluate model performance and iterate

Business Technology Bridge:

• Experience translating business problems into data/AI solutions

• 5-8+ years in digital transformation or related roles

• Experience working with both business stakeholders and IT teams

Communication:

• Fluent in English to communicate with LTs and regional IT team

• Strong presentation skills

Leadership:

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance

• Project management skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch

Business Acumen:

• Strong ROI and business case development skills

• Change management and user adoption expertise

• Vendor evaluation and contract negotiation experience
