Key job responsibilities

  • Build and nurture client relationships with Korea's leading advertisers, serving as their trusted advisor for Amazon Ads solutions and understanding their business objectives

  • Drive revenue growth by developing comprehensive media plans and strategic recommendations that guide customer budget allocation across performance advertising and video solutions

  • Deliver data-driven insights by analyzing campaign performance, market trends, and advertiser needs to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign outcomes

  • Collaborate across teams with advertising agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign strategies and seamless customer experiences

  • Test and innovate by taking ownership of new approaches and solutions, leveraging the team's autonomy to experiment with strategies that drive results in the Korean market

A day in the life

As an Account Manager, you'll spend your day building trusted partnerships with Korea's leading advertisers. You might start by analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, then present strategic recommendations to your customers about budget allocation across performance and video advertising solutions. You'll collaborate with advertising agencies to refine campaign strategies, coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs, and explore new approaches to solve advertiser challenges. Your role balances deep customer engagement with cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to move quickly and test innovative solutions in a market where your team has the autonomy to shape the future of advertising.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Korean

  • Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with data-driven and insight-driven methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin

  • Experience in advertising

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Experience in a highly agile environment

  • Background in global or overseas business expansion

  • Client-facing role experience with demonstrated relationship management skills

  • Cross-border business experience
