Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media or with advertising agencies.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
Experience with leading and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
Experience in managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales, with the ability to achieve quotas to drive growth.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
Ability to solve client needs by sales techniques, including questioning, managing goals and engaged promotions.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

In this role, you will help to shape the client's goal and identify opportunities for future client growth. You will build strategy alongside Account Strategists and client-side partners, and identify ways for Google to enhance client's ability to meet their business and marketing goals. You will provide solution promotion, partnership management and analysis to deliver business outcomes. You will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their goals while driving incremental business growth agreements through the industry leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Drive customer growth by delivering quality customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals.
Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
