Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Overnight Supervisor for Postcard Cabins Lake Hartwell in Seneca, Sc. The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Job Purpose:
Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property
Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports
Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera
Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed
Validate guest check-in & check out reservations, verifying all arrivals
Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line
Maintain the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication
Respond to ALL guest tickets in a timely manner for supervising Outposts
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team members to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
Related Work Experience: Hotel, Food Service Management, Retail etc.
Supervisory Experience: 1-3 Years preferred
This job requires the ability to perform the following:
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Must be self-directed. There is minimal direct supervision.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess basic computational ability.
Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
