Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for an Employment Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for the direct supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered services while maintaining regulatory and agency compliance. The role oversees staff performance, documentation, financial accountability, and program operations, including the coordination and supervision of prevocational and vocational activities completed by the individuals supported. Responsibilities include ensuring services align with each individual's Life Plan and related safeguards, promoting skill development and meaningful work opportunities, coordinating daily activities, supporting community integration, and fostering health, safety, and wellbeing. This role also maintains a safe and well‑managed environment, builds positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners, and supports program development and continuous quality improvement.
Employment Site Supervisor Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience requires.
Valid NYS Driver's License is required.
Medication Administration Certification, as required.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (hours may vary depending on needs)
The position is 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $46,000-$48,000 per year
