Kelly Services CNC Programmer in Seneca Falls, New York

At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a CNC Programmer to join our innovative manufacturing team in Seneca Falls, NY. With us, it's all about providing the perfect opportunity for your career to flourish! This is a long-term temporary opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00/hr. 12mo. Contract.

A Shift: 7am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes, milling centers, and multi-axis machines using MasterCam or similar CAM software

  • Interpret blueprints and 3D CAD models to create accurate offline programs

  • Analyze work orders to determine optimal machining processes, tooling, speeds, and fixturing

  • Create setup sheets and tool lists for shop use

  • Run simulations, validate processes, and ensure quality and efficiency

  • Perform quality checks and refine programs to improve performance and safety

  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams

  • Support Lean initiatives, including setup reduction and continuous improvement (Kaizen)

  • Follow all safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade certification required

  • 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes

  • Experience with MasterCam or similar CAM software preferred

  • Familiarity with Creo (Pro/E) or similar design software

  • Macro programming experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)

  • Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement preferred
