Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare and replenish food items, including coffee, pastries, fruits, and other breakfast offerings.
• Provide outstanding guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Buss tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet hotel standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are required.
• A passion for providing excellent guest experiences in a hotel or banquet setting is highly valued.

Position Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment. • Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.
