We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented full-time Production Technicians to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to grow within a specialized field.
Shift Details
- Full-time: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends and overtime as needed based on production demands
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift at least 55 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable wearing PPE, which may include face shields, respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and hearing protection
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic collaboration and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Weekend and overtime availability required
Job Responsibilities
- Stage and prepare components for coating
- Handle components after coating and perform Virtual Masking operations
- Monitor production lines and promptly report any equipment or material issues
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs
- Maintain accurate production records and timekeeping
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards
